BBC Africa mocks President Buhari's London Medical trip

Image result for buhari ear problem
Recently Nigeria's President, Muhammadu Buhari travelled to London for an ear infection treatment
and there were wild reactions from Nigerians and many other Africans. Nigeria has tens of hospitals with competent medical doctors but there are no equipment for them to carry out their job effectively therefore our government officials travel abroad for medical treatments leaving behind poor Nigerians to die in a medical system they destroyed.
The decision of the President to travel to London to treat an ear infection is considered by many as foolish considering the fact that there is a clinic at the Presidential Villa which has more money allocated to it in the 2016 budget than all the teaching hospitals in Nigeria yet our President's ear could not be treated in that clinic.
In one of BBC Africa's satirical piece, they are asking this question:
If you are an African President and have an ear infection where should you go for treatment?
